ABOUT ME

Claire Warner Crowell

I know finding the right therapist can feel like a big step, and it’s okay to ask questions as you decide what feels right for you. You deserve to work with someone who helps you feel comfortable, respected, and understood. I offer a free consultation so we can talk, answer any questions you have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

I received my Master of Social Work degree from USC in 2020. In our work together, I may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you notice thought patterns and build new habits that support feeling better. I also use Attachment Theory to explore relationship patterns and the experiences that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. Acceptance and Commitment strategies can also help us make room for difficult emotions while moving toward what matters most to you. I tailor therapy to your needs, goals, and pace, because no two people come to therapy for the exact same reasons.

My hope is that therapy feels like a space where you can breathe, be honest, and feel met with warmth rather than judgment. I especially value supporting LGBTQ+ clients, particularly those navigating religious trauma, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, or healing from environments where they may not have felt fully accepted. We’ll work together to understand what you’re carrying, name what you want to change, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If something here feels familiar, I’d be glad to connect and help you decide whether therapy with me feels like the right next step. Email to schedule a free consultation—I’d be happy to hear from you.
